Position Overview
We are poised to dramatically scale our business & are seeking an experienced sales representative to assist our executive team in this endeavor. You will lead our Fresno-based sales efforts by discovering new markets, selling our products to growers, & establishing partnerships with local resellers & dealers. This will be a high growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment working with a product that has a truly significant impact.
Responsibilities
Achieve revenue growth & sustained customer success within territory
Provide leadership in direct sales to growers in new & existing territories
Provide leadership in the identification of local partners & drive the establishment of reseller agreements
Develop & execute strategic regional sales & marketing plans
Build relationships with key regional stakeholders to unlock new strategic partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or other relevant field
1-2 years experience in agriculture, sales, marketing or business development
Ability to travel within territory to meet with growers, dealers, and other strategic partners
Possess ability to develop & implement regional account strategies.
Exhibit entrepreneurial approach to revenue growth, customer service & profitability.
Exercise strategic thinking to identify competitive advantage, customer needs, & market trends
