Position Overview

This role will play a key part in the creation and maintenance of classification models, data analysis software, and predictive analytics tools. We are passionate about making information easy to understand and powerful enough to make critical business decisions. You will play a key part in designing and developing new software products, making this a high impact position.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and blend raw structured and unstructured data from disparate sources, including internal sensors and external APIs

  • Use numerical and analytical methods to create various data analysis tools including, classification models, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics

  • Work with web development team to implement backend services leveraging data analytics tools

  • Collaborate with team members from all business functions

Requirements

  • Strong programming background, familiar with statistical and analytical programming tools like Python and R.

  • Basic understanding of NodeJS and backend services

  • Familiarity with structured and unstructured database methodologies

  • 1-3 years experience working in the field of data science

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
