Managed Service Terms & Conditions

Start Date

This contract will start the day that the equipment is delivered to the customer or dealer. 

Duration

The contract duration can be extended, but not shortened, from the duration agreed to on initial invoice.

End Date

The contract will end on the day the equipment is shipped by the customer or dealer. If Trellis does not receive equipment by the contract end date, the customer will be charged a daily fee (Monthly rate / 30) until the equipment is returned. If Trellis does not receive the equipment within 30 days after the contract end date, the customer will be charged the full retail price of the equipment in their possession.

Renewal

This contract will renew annually unless cancelled by the customer or dealer. 

Packaging

Trellis will supply the responsible party (customer or dealer) with packaging materials (paper, bubble wrap, tape, boxes) and instructions to return equipment to Trellis’ main office. 

Shipping

Trellis will supply the responsible party (customer or dealer) with shipping label(s) to return equipment. The responsible party must use the supplied shipping label(s). Trellis is not responsible for additional shipping costs incurred if equipment is shipped another way.

Warranties

All equipment is included under warranty except for acts of God (flooding, lightning, hurricanes, etc.). For acts of God, items are replaced at cost.
