We are poised to exponentially scale our business and are seeking an experienced sales leader to assist our executive team in this endeavor. You will lead our sales team in the discovery of new markets, selling our products to growers, and establishing partnerships with local re-sellers and dealers. This will be a high growth opportunity in a fast paced environment working with a product with truly significant impact. Applicants should be highly motivated with proven success in sales leadership. This position will be located at our Peachtree Corners, GA office.
Lead sales organization to achieve revenue growth and sustained customer success
Manage inside sales reps, coordinate outside sales activities, and direct customer and technical support teams
Provide leadership in direct sales to growers in new and existing territories
Provide leadership in the identification of local partners in new territories and drive the establishment of reseller agreements
Recruit, hire, and train sales team members
Develop and execute strategic regional sales and marketing plans
Build relationships with key regional stakeholders to unlock new strategic partnerships
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or other relevant field
8+ years experience in agriculture, sales, marketing or business development
Proven success in sales management leading teams and driving revenue growth
Possess ability to develop and implement regional and national account strategies.
Exhibit entrepreneurial approach to revenue growth, customer service and profitability.
Exercise strategic thinking to identify competitive advantage, customer needs, and market trends
